In June we installed our NEW Process-less plate-setter from FujiFilm, making our plate-making process more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Processless plate technology eliminates the need for a separate plate processing unit, which saves time and labour in the pre-press stage as well as the reduction in chemical usage and waste.
Basically means shorter setup time, higher degree of consistent quality and colour reproduction ensuring reliable results for our print jobs.
The other added bonus is the energy saving on the new processor. Energy use is reduced by up to 60%.
